Talent Pool Recruitment

Applications have now closed for The University of Oxford's Apprenticeship Talent Pool 2024.

We are expecting to reopen for our September 2025 Talent Pool towards the end of the year, please keep an eye on our jobs page. 

For our Talent Pool intake you will submit ONE application together with your CV and we will do the rest!

Our recruitment process will be as follows:

1. Your application will be considered against initial criteria
2. Candidates who meet the initial criteria will be contacted to complete our assessment and eligibility checks
3. We will send you matching job roles in your areas of interest
4. You will need to opt in by sending your Expression of Interest statement for each role you wish to be put forward for
5. Departments will receive your application and decide who they would like to interview
6. If successful you will be contacted directly by the Department to organise your interview
